FORMATION OF LOCAL BUDGETS UNDER DEVELOPMENT GOVERNMENT

Abstract
Some aspects of local budget revenues in the current conditions. Analyzed the incomes of local budgets, as well as the level of centralization of budgetary resources. We investigated sources of local revenues. Based on the analysis identified problems and ways to improve the level of financial independence of local self-government. Proposed financial instruments to strengthen the financial base in terms of budgetary resources decentralization.
