FORMATION OF MODERNIZATION DRIVERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETING OF AVIATION MARKET INNOVATIONS AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

In the article the multifunctional nature of institutional participants in the innovation aviation process is revealed. This is due to the alternative of the transfer of innovative aviation technologies, since not only the aviation technology industry but also the aviation manufacturing industry may be their generators and sellers, as well as the aviation technology industry can act on the demand side and create innovative aviation technologies, which creates opportunities for the development of more efficient generation systems, inventions, implementation of lateral shifts, acceleration of the development and implementation process, and improvement of the management of innovation activity of aviation industry in Ukraine, creates conditions for the formation of the competencies needed to implement multytechnologies approach to training, it is also important to determine the characteristics and parameters of consumer behavior on the aviation innovations market, which integrate organizational and individual behaviors and decision-making. Also for the aviation market of marketing innovations in Ukraine, it is important to pay a great attention to business aviation market directly to business innovation and the development and implementation of innovations, which means that it is necessary to encourage not only offer innovation, as the demand for them, in which innovation and modernization become drivers of economic growth and development. In addition, the aviation market development has a great potential due to the implementation of innovative national aviation projects in Ukraine.
