Formation of Organizational and Economical Mechanism of Management Innovation of Shipbuilding Enterprises

Abstract
In the article the formation of organizational and economical mechanism of management innovation shipyards is grounded. It was analyzed approaches to the definition of OEMMI. A model of OEMMI was proposed, which must respond to the continuous changes in the environment and does not involve structural reorganization of the administrative apparatus, which usually lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the enterprise.
