FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE DOCTOR IN THE STUDY OF PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF RADIATION DIAGNOSIS

Abstract

The role of physical and technical knowledge in the formation of professional competence of the future doctor is explored in the article. Physical and technical components of future doctor professional competence are formed in the process of learning the basics of radiation diagnosis, which traditionally uses not only the techniques associated with ionizing radiation, but also those which are based on the features of propagation of high-frequency mechanical vibrations in an elastic medium (ultrasound - ultrasound), the formation of a signal in the radio frequency range for the magnetic resonance phenomenon (MRI studies), the spread of "tagged" with the radionuclide studies of metabolites as well as the combination of these methods in different variations. The leading innovative technologies in modern radiology, which has traditionally been at the forefront of medical diagnosis and therapy change are analyzed. Particular attention is devoted visualization problem in modern diagnostic methods. The features of a flexible methodology radiology teaching system based on the integration of knowledge from the natural sciences and clinical disciplines are explored.
