FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF FUTURE LAWYERS

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the problem and the results of an empirical study of the formation of professional competence of future lawyers. A theoretical and methodological analysis of the concept of professional competence of future lawyers is carried out. The structure of professional competence of future lawyers is substantiated, criteria and indicators of levels of its formation are determined. The components of professional competence are considered. The level of formation of components of professional competence of future lawyers is analyzed.
