FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL RELIABILITY OF FUTURE OFFICERS BORDERERS IN CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE BORDER BORDER

Abstract
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the process of formation of professional reliability of future officers-border guards in the conditions of developing a positive image of the border department. Various approaches of scientists to understanding the professional reliability of specialists are analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis of scientific works on the problem and the conducted research, it is established that the professional reliability of future border officers is an integral qualitative characteristic of personality characteristics that reflects its ability to carry out operational and official activities. Since the positive image of the border agency causes the desire for trouble-free (mandatory) performance of professional activity under any conditions, it was attributed to objective factors that determine the professional reliability of the specialist. The image of the State Border Service of Ukraine is interpreted as an emotionally colored, generalized stereotypical idea of it, spontaneously or purposefully formed in the mass consciousness. The author draws attention to the fact that the positive image of the SBS is developing as a combination of a positive image of all categories of personnel of the department.
