MIGRATION PROCESSES AS PHILOSOPHICAL PROBLEMS: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS RESEARCH

Abstract
In the article the features of external and internal migration of the population of Ukraine in modern conditions are investigated. The complex analysis of migration processes and their influence on the transformation of the Ukrainian society is proposed. Migration processes are determined as a significant system-forming factor of constructive socio-cultural transformations in Ukraine. The mechanism of transition from survival strategy to development strategy is analyzed. It is proved that migration processes have a consolidation, socio-economic and civilization potential.
