FORMATION OF SOCIAL POTENTIAL OF NON-BANK FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES AND THEIR CONSOLIDATION ON THE MARKET

Abstract

The article was dedicated to the social integration of non-bank financial intermediaries (NFPs) was studied in terms of development and consolidation in the market. The circumstances and factors of the social impact of the NFP are considered, and a scientific and methodical approach is presented to find out the "false development" of the NFP within the framework of the planned consolidation, which reflects the mistaken perception of indicators of the profile of the financial institution, weighted by the subjective characteristics to increase the key indicators, in within the framework of integrating and accepting on the receiver portfolio's balance sheet. The predictive estimation of the potential of public influence of NFPs on potential clients as a hidden cooperation tool at the macro level is given. The components of evaluation of the public potential of the NFP in the financial market have been formed.
