FORMATION OF THE AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM OF DUST EXPLOSION SAFETY OF MINE WORKINGS OF COAL MINES

Abstract

The article presents the results of research and development of technological schemes of automated control dust explosion safety of mine workings. The rst technological scheme is based on the measurement of airborne dust concentrations in two successive sections of excavation and further analytical calculation of the intensity of dust deposits. The method of organization of continuous automatic control of dust in the mine atmosphere and the level of dust explosion safety of mining and conducted its pilot testing. The second scheme is the automatic registration of the complex parameters, which are based on the results of algorithmic processing allow to estimate the intensity of dust deposits in the mine workings from one source to another. It was found that it is suf cient to record the concentration of airborne dust in the outgoing stream near a source of intense dust separation, the distribution function of the particulate composition of airborne dust, air ow speed, the section generation, temperature and humidity of the outgoing air flow.
