FORMATION OF THE HUMAN FACTOR IN THE ECONOMY AND AVIATION

Abstract
The article defines and describes the concept of the human factor, its evolution in economic science and aviation. Also describes the close relationship between the human factor and human capital. Emphasized the importance of the human factor and human capital in today's national economy and aviation in particular.
