FORMATION OF THE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUSTAINABLE RURAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Abstract
The article clarifies the economic essence of the conceptual apparatus in relation to the category “institutional environment”, which should be considered as a necessary condition and a factor in the socioeconomic development of rural areas. It is proved that during the formation of the institutional environment for the implementation of the strategy of sustainable rural development special attention should be paid to developing a system of measures to support and stimulate the development of the agro-industrial complex, increase its efficiency, ensure competitiveness of agricultural products and solve problems of rural areas on the basis of administrative decentralization and development of local self-government and rural communities.
