FORMATION OF THE INTEGRATED MODEL OF THE ASSESSMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL ASYMMETRY OF FISCAL ENVIRONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In this article, we used the hypothesis that the asymmetry of formal and informal institutions provokes the development of shadow economy. It was built the regression model, which evaluates the influence of a number of factors on the size of the informal economy in Ukraine. It is empirically proven that fiscal factors and factors of political instability are the main determinants of a hidden economy in our country. It has been also determined that the employment rate has little effect on the level of the shadow economy in Ukraine. The obtained model proves the necessity of transformation of the activity of fiscal institutions for economy unshadowing. In particular, the improvement of the reputation of fiscal authorities and their constituents will have the most significant positive effect for the domestic economy unshadowing.
