FORMATION OF THE INVESTMENT MECHANISM OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Purpose. The aim of the article is to develop the investment mechanism of enterprises through existing motives and approaches in managing investment activities and identify methodological support of individual enterprise or investment project. Methodology of research. The studies are conducted on the basis of monographic, abstract and logical, historical methods. The dialectical method of cognition of social and economic phenomena is the methodological basis in preparing the material. Methodical support of the individual enterprise or investment project is determined by the subjects of investment activities, i.e. methods and standards developed by themselves according to their own requirements and goals are used in the article. Findings. The structure of the investment mechanism of the enterprise and features of its functioning in the modern conditions are considered in the article. The characteristic to the constituent elements of the structure of the investment mechanism of the enterprise is given, namely: motivational factors of investment required for the investment process. The functional approach to managing investment activities, involving regulation and organization of the implementation of all major management functions such as planning, organization, motivation and control, is considered in the article. Originality. It is proved that the investment mechanism of the enterprise is purposefully created interacting set of forms and sources of investment, methods, tools and leverage of influence on the process of development and implementation of investment decisions of the enterprise. The elements of the structure of the investment mechanism of the enterprise are developed and presented. The reasons that encourage the enterprise to the investment activity, which can be divided into two main groups – economic and institutional, are identified. Practical value. Appropriate formed investment mechanism of the enterprise is a “guide” for subjects of investment activity and gives them the opportunity to take into account all aspects in the development of investment projects and establish mutual understanding between them.
