FORMATION OF THE MECHANISM OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
In the article, essential features and characteristics of the concept of “mechanism” are investigated. Based on a critical analysis, proposed the author’s vision of a concept of “innovative mechanisms of higher education institution”, theoretical questions of forming a mechanism for the innovative development of an institution of higher education are considered, components of the mechanism are proposed, principles of the mechanism formation are defined.
