Formation of the modern system of labor potential management in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the formation of the modern system of labor potential management in Ukraine, proves that especially the dominant characteristic of quality employment potential should be the intellectual and educational level. Its importance in the new economy is grounded, primarily due to the requirements of scientific and technological progress, which covers all the areas of human activity.
