FORMATION OF THE SPEECH CULTURE OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE MARITIME INDUSTRY: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article reveals theoretical foundations of the formation of speech culture of future specialists in the conditions of educational establishments. It is determined that speech culture of future specialists in the maritime industry is a set of knowledge, skills, abilities that correspond to the established set of common language means and rules – speech etiquette, which serves as a part of speech culture. It is determined that its main features are normativity, correctness, accuracy, purity, wealth, logicality, expressiveness, aesthetics, appropriateness, imagery. Its structure, which consists of cognitive-motivational, informative and operational components, is determined.
