FORMATION OF THEORETICAL READINESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF MATHEMATICS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL CULTURE OF PUPILS

Abstract
The article presents the determination of the concept of “the readiness of future teachers of mathematics to the development of intellectual culture of pupils” and its structural components (motivational, theoretical, practical components). It is considered the problem of formation of the theoretical readiness of future teachers of mathematics to the development of intellectual culture of pupils: determined the content of the concept “the theoretical readiness of future teachers of mathematics to the development of intellectual culture of pupils”, presented its main characteristics and ways of formation. In our research the concept of “the theoretical readiness of future teachers of mathematics to the develop- ment of the intellectual culture of pupils” characterizes the formation of the content component of their intel- lectual culture and has a deep and strong knowledge of bases of organizing the development of intellectual culture of pupils, which include: – knowledge of the essence and the structure of intellectual culture of pupils; – knowledge of methods of detecting the existing level of formation of intellectual culture of pupils; – knowledge of the forms, methods, means and technologies that are used to effectively implement the development of intellectual culture of pupils; – knowledge of individual age characteristics of pupils and their consideration during the organization of the development of intellectual culture of pupils; – knowledge of the peculiarities of organizing of the development of intellectual culture of pupils during the study of mathematics.
