Abstract
In the period of Ukraine’s independence in all spheres of life occurred transformational state of transformation. Human potential is one of the criteria that determine the level of development, namely, the level and quality of education. An important component of professional and personal development of future professional learning environment is the institution in which the student are subjects of their own development, where the awareness and acceptance of the content of future professional activity, building individual creative professional style. One of these factors is forming rules and regulations, culture, relationships of the educational process in higher education.
