LEGAL AND INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORKS FOR TRANSBOUNDARY COOPERATION

Abstract
The mechanisms of state control of transponder cooperation were investigated. The main instruments of the regulatory framework of cross-border cooperation were described. The norms of Ukrainian and European legislation on regulation of cooperation, their problematic and promising aspects were discussed. The main institutions of state regulation were analyzed and comparison with the organization of the management of transponder processes in European countries was researched.
