LOGISTIC BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING AS AN EFFECTIVE MECHANISM OF LBP REORGANISATION

Abstract
The paper covers logistic business process reengineering (LBPR). The mechanism of logistic business process (LBP) reorganisation was studied, and the phases of LBPR were systematised. The LBPR algorithm was developed on the basis of these phases. The problems solved by means of reengineering were determined. The authors gave some pieces of advice how to improve LBPR; these suggestions are focused on fundamental rethinking of logistics management system in companies.
