Formation the capability territorial gromadеs in the context of realization the reform of decentralization in Ukraine

Abstract
The article presents the level of development and gives a description of the capable territorial gromades in Ukraine. The essence of the concept of «the capability of territorial gromadеs» is defined. It is analyzed the complex indicators on which depends on the provision of the capacity the territorial gromadеs.
