International practice of set-up and development of the system of early intervention: experience for Ukraine

Abstract
The article investigates the main goals, approaches and components of early intervention systems based on the analysis of international experience. The place of early intervention in the state system of providing services for children and families has been identified. Proposals on the use of international experience in the process of creation, development and functioning of a single integrated interagency system of early intervention in Ukraine are presented.
