ФОРМИ ТА МЕТОДИ ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Abstract
In the article, based on the study of current Ukrainian legislation, textbooks and monographs, the methods and forms of public regulation of tourism, which can be divided into three groups: regulation of tourist demand, regulation of tourist offer and measures of general regulation, are described. The author founds the basic goals and principles on compliance of which the system of the public regulation of tourism is based. The essence of the mechanism of public regulation of tourism is released, it should be considered as a complex of organizational, economic, legal and other methods with the assistance of which the unified functions to ensure the sustainable development of tourism are achieved.
