FORMING OF METHODICAL COMPETENCE OF MANAGER OF INSTITUTIONS OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION IN THE PROCESS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF METHODICAL WORK IN SCHOOL

Abstract
The article considers the problem of methodological training of managers of institutions of general secondary education. The authors described ways of forming methodical skills of managers of educational institutions and they determined levels of formation of methodical skills at the managers of educational institutions in the process of organizing them methodical work in school. It was revealed the main methodological difficulties faced by school principals in the process of their management activity. It is established that the level of methodological competence of managers increases not only with the experience of management work, but also in the process of self-education and the desire for change
