FORMING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF HEALTHCARE FACILITIES’ MANAGER

Abstract
The article discusses the formation of professional competence of a manager of a healthcare institution. The structure of managerial competencies is considered. The system of competencies of a specialist in the management of healthcare institutions is detailed. The main tasks of the modern process of integration of education and science in the field of management and medicine are considered.
