Abstract
In the article the essence of the strategy of competitiveness recreation of the region as a way to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the longer term laid for development on the basis of competitive potential and considering factors external environment. A matrix model of strategic recreational kits ensure competitiveness of the region, clarified the substance of the policies of all levels.
