FORMING THE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF RESULTS OF TRADE ENTERPRISE’S ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the question of the formation of a mechanism for manag¬ing the results of a trading company. The structure of management of the results of activ¬ity of a trading enterprise using a segment component was investigated. A mechanism for managing the results of a trading company activity is formed. The basic tasks of the management system of the results of the activity of a trading enterprise are determined. Depending on the structure of the results of the activity of the trading company, a system of target indicators is proposed, with which it is possible to maximize the effectiveness of the management system of the results of the activity of the trading enterprise within the framework of the corresponding management mechanism. Ensuring effective management of the outcomes of trading enterprises is an im¬portant strategic task for each economic entity that must clearly understand the need for integrated and systematic approaches to the implementation of this task, which ensures its optimal solution, taking into account all factors of the external and internal environ¬ment. The identified aspects have prompted the development of a mechanism for manag¬ing the results of a trading company. The proposed mechanism includes separate compo¬nents (systems). Each system at its own stage fulfills the set goals, which gradually bring to the main goal of managing the results of the enterprise - improving the qualitative and quantitative performance indicators and maximizing the effective use of the results in all areas of the enterprise. The developed mechanism foresees semantic modeling of the elements of management of the results of the enterprise, which will ensure the determina¬tion of the significant impact of the relevant components on the performance indicators of the trading company.
