Improvement of the management professionalization mechanism in Ukraine

Abstract

In the article the scientific conception of the management professional system is proposed. The effectiveness of the project of the management professionalization in Ukraine is viewed. The stages of the managerial activity professionalization in Ukraine are analyzed.
