Forms of administrative supervision carried out by the National Police: modern problems of defining the essence

Abstract
The article is devoted to the establishment of forms of administrative supervision carried out by the National Police and the characterization of their content. It is proved that common administrative supervision is carried out by the National Police in organizational and legal forms. Organizational forms are not legal, it is indicated that they belong to various organizational actions related to the organization of police activities in the field of general administrative supervision. The legal forms that are applied in the implementation of general administrative supervision are legal acts (of an individ- ual and regulatory nature) and other legally significant actions.
