FORMS OF RIGHTS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON MORAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE SERVICEMEN’S BEHAVIOR IN ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of moral and legal regulation of servicemen’s behavior in the conditions of reforming of Armed forces of Ukraine with positions of contemporary understanding of living options and law. It stresses that the law has got pluralistic character which in general corresponds to the world. Contemporary understanding of philosophical and legal concepts of the law underlines their relationship with morality. Investigating moral aspect of system of the general principles of contemporary view of law the author underlines that the dialectic unity of moral and law is a methodological basis of effective regulation of officer’s behavior in the context of challenge of the day.
