FORMS OF THE REALIZATION OF THE PROSECUTOR'S POWERS IN COURT PROCEEDING AND ITS CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The article deals with forms of the realization of the prosecutor's powers in court proceeding and its classification. The author notes that the prosecutor,taking part in the criminal proceeding as an independent participant (the prosecution party) and performing his criminal procedural activity, uses forms of the realization of his powers, depending on the stage of court proceeding.
