Abstract
In the article the incomplete formation of European standards to ensure compliance status of a professional judge because of the novelty of the legal phenomenon not only for the post-Soviet states, but also for other countries of the continent. Copyright vision proposed definition of European standards to ensure compliance status of professional judges those forming these standards.
