USING MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article attempts to highlight the principles of information technology in modern management process, an effective system of using information and communication technologies in the central authorities and particularly the Interior Ministry. The possibilities of using cloud technology, outlines the prospects in the future transition to the cloud network and shows the main advantages and disadvantages of its implementation.
