Foster Home Inhabitants Attitude Towards Senility

Abstract

The life of human being is the irreversible physical and mental progress. The specific dominant marks are typical for the every living stage (Trimakas K., 1997). According Žukauskiene R. (1996), the every living stage raise the social tasks for us. Once there are emerge and the specific problems. The human being develop individually in the initial half life and his socially integrate to the family and society. Slowly the men graduate to the second half life. Firstly, he chew up for the working: still the men did the many actions with energy, but now he suddenly notice, that progression is not so easy. The ageing is reputed like as the multi – stage process, which consists of the biological, social, functional and psychological aspects. The ageging and old people become one of the topicality themes in the modern-day society. The society, and particularly science, make care the senile process and senility, their social condition (Leliūgienė, 1997). The society change constantly and these alterations tought the old people, and tought their oppinion, habits. The knowledge, are getting early, their are maked barren. According Hanlon O. B. (1999), the prospective fear emerge in the senility. Conclusions of investigation: 1) In the senility is changing the physical and psycical health, social and spiritual life, needs of the respondents. 2) The positive oppinion have the respondents about senility and old mens: 68,75 per cent of them said, that the old men is prudent. There are important not be lonely and unkept in the senility (point 100 per cent of them) and be accepted and honoured in the foster community (point 96,88 per cent of them) 3) 68,75 per cent of them are pleased and happy.
