FRANCHISING INFLUENCE ON DYNAMICS OF EXPRESS DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article is devoted to development problems of infrastructure of express delivery (courier shipment) as business service on the basis of franchising and its impact on trade as a whole. The article analyzes the existing world-wide models of express delivery and development of courier shipment in Ukraine. The article suggests the methods for developing the express delivery infrastructure for serving businesses based on qualitative analysis of Western literature in the field of franchising and on the existing practice of Ukrainian and foreign companies involved in the courier industry.
