MANAGEMENT OF PROFITS OF BUDGET STRUCTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF ACTUALIZATION OF FINANCING OF RECREATION LABOUR RESOURCES

Abstract
The article is sacred to the theoretical, methodological and organizationally-applied aspects of influence of system budgetary reforms on formation of new approaches relatively to financial relations in the segment of recreation of labour resources. The features of reformation of legal status of public and municipal institutions, priorities of modernization of social sphere for upgrading and standardization of living of population of country are investigated. Reasonably, that the search of effective methods of the interbudgetary adjusting needs redistribution of plenary powers of organs of state administration and local self-government in the socially important sectors of economy.
