INSURANCE AGRICULTURAL RISKS IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
The article reviews the impact of agricultural risks management on the economic development of the agrarian economy in Kazakhstan. The management system of agricultural risks in Kazakhstan is analyzed on the basis of integrated approach, involving interaction between the risk sources, farmer's strategy and policy. The studies have implemented stress-test simulation of risk insurance, where diverse options with unfavorable scenario were considered (complete or partial loss of crops, loss of livestock (poultry) and other). Empirical data has shown a high degree of farmers' protection from insured risks.
