INNOVATIVE SERVICES AS THE MAIN FACTOR OF PRODUCTIVITY GROWTH IN A SEPARATE SECTOR

Abstract

In this paper, we consider the dependence of the growth of the overall hotel sector productivity on the introduction of innovative components related to changes in the effect of scale and technical changes through the introduction of elements of gastronomic tourism and the strategy of environmental marketing. The article defines the main elements of the quality of hotel services from the point of view of consumers of these services. The main parameters of the influence of the gastronomic and ecological strategy on the hotel service are highlighted. It has been determined that such strategies can potentially increase the efficiency of the hotel sector not only in regions with a low level of efficiency but also in Ukraine as a whole.
