REMOTE WORK AS A TOOL FOR IMPROVING THE LEVEL OF EMPLOYMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY

Abstract
The article deals with modern forms of organization of work, which involve the execution of tasks outside the employer's premises. These forms of remote work include homework and telework. The state of their legal regulation in Ukraine is analyzed. The possibilities and preconditions of their use for employment of persons with disabilities are considered. On the basis of the conducted research, the main directions for increasing the employment rate of persons with disabilities were formed due to the form of remote work.
