From socialist to civilized (human) idea of agrarian area establishment in Ukraine

Abstract
The article determines the problems and the main directions of civilized idea in the agrarian area establishment. The present production status has been analyzed and its causal effect on the current situation has been observed. The directions in the use of production resources on the purpose to achieve efficiency including efficiency for social-economic problems of rural development have been specified. The post-industrial state economic development model has been created through the pooling of land and industry capital which can function at high-profit level due to the application of progressive and information technologies with the involvement of knowledge and science in order to solve the problems of the society and rural areas development. The negative impact of imperfect pricing on agricultural producers’ motivation has been proved. It has been noted that nowadays agricultural production pricing does not provide advanced capital profitability adequate to average level in national economy and the criterion of profit rate is not the regulator for economic relations at all levels of state and business entities management. The author emphasizes the necessity to form the profitability of the sector on the basis of methodology for production cost and profit rate for advanced capital. The directions for the implementation of internal economic and organizational machinery with a farmer’s interest as the core part for providing agricultural enterprise profitability have been determined. The main principles to develop internal economic relations in agricultural enterprises have been investigated.
