Functional characteristics of the institution of denunciation.

Abstract
The article deals with the functional characteristics of the institution of denunciation. By highlighting and exploring the functions of denunciation, in particular, the main directions in which the application of provisions on denunciation affects international relations, it is demonstrated that denunciation is not only an instrument for the termination of treaties; the application of the relevant provisions can also affect other issues, besides the operation of international treaties.
