The impact of the Estrada’s political doctrine on the international legal norms of the recognition of governments.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the Estrada’s political doctrine on the international law. It was researched of the provisions of this doctrine and of the political causes of its creation. The author analyzes the practice of states regarding the formation of relevant international legal customary rules of the recognition of the state’s governments.
