Functional-semantic field of gender as a representant of a conceptual sphere of gender

Abstract
The issues of gender in the English language worldview are in the focus of linguists. Special attention is paid to the classification of means of gender expression in English and modeling of functional-semantic field as a gender representant of conceptual sphere in the English language worldview. It is proved that the functional-semantic field of gender concept can be considered to be a conceptual field which represents the gender concept in the English language worldview.
