FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURING OF CREATIVE MANAGEMENT AT THE MACRO LEVEL OF THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Abstract
The development of a post-industrial society sharply raises questions of institutional significance and structural design of creative management at the macro level because the competitiveness of the national economy is increasingly dependent on its ability to generate and use high-tech products and technologies. The article describes the main macroeconomic aspects of creative management in terms of relevant features of the main management functions.
