Functional zoning regulation as a tool for spatial potential big city

Abstract
The main aspects of the spatial potential of the city and land zoning multifunctional modern and advanced cities as an effective tool for regulating the spatial potential of the city that provides a comprehensive, rational organization and use of space. It is proved that the formation of functional areas based on the main components of a person's life: work, life and leisure. Highlights the uses and benefits of functional zoning in urban areas.
