FUNCTIONING OF UKRAINIAN STOCK MARKET IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL FINANSIAL INSTABILITY

Abstract
The article is dedicated to covering and analysis of the contemporary state of stock market of Ukraine, to its problems and future development prospects determination, as the stock market is an important indicator of economic development and it demonstrates vividly the state of the country at the moment. It analyses main tendencies and regularities of development of the stock market. The fundamental research of the stock market development stimulants has been conducted; the essential trends of stock market operation and its inherent peculiarities have been examined. Recommendations for reforming the domestic stock market, which will enhance the investment potential of the country's economy, are given.
