Functions Manual for the administration of the Housing Center Condominium located in the center of the Guayaquil

Abstract
Living in an apartment building or a condominium means having to comply with a seriesofregulations, such as, for example; pay the maintenance fee on time, respect the rules ofcoexistence and internal regulations, keep informed of the management of the board ofdirectors and the administration. Additional, to share with different families with a diversity ofcharacteristics, since you live in what is called horizontal property. Therefore, it is verynecessary to have a tool that coordinates all the activities that concern the proper administrationof the property. The methodology used was under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitativeapproach, being a field research, cross-sectional and feasible project type, descriptive level.The population consisted of 91 co-owners who live in the Housing Complex, taking the sampleof 25 people surveyed. The data collection technique was the interview and its instrument thequestionnaire, for the data analysis the statistical study was used. In conclusion, it is necessaryto create a Manual of functions for the administration of the Housing Center Condominium
