FUNCTIONS OF THE INFORMATION SECURITY OF THE STATE IN LEGAL MEASUREMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the functions of state information security. Separately, legislation in the field of information security and work of domestic scientists on the above-mentioned issues has been studied. Some areas are described in the definition and analysis of information security functions. The shortcomings of the current legislation, that hinder the improvement of knowledge about the functions of information security are considered. The list of functions of information security is proposed with the details of their essence and content.
