FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE TREASURY SERVICE OF UKRAINE: METHODOLOGICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECT

Abstract
The work is devoted to the methodology and organization of the functions of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (Treasury). The legislation regulating the functions of the Treasury was studied, which made it possible to identify the inconsistency of its provisions. For the first time, the compliance of the Treasury’s processes with special functions is determined. The necessity of improving the legislation regulating the activity of the Treasury in the part of the list of functions is substantiated. For the first time it was proposed at the legislative level to determine the main principles for the implementation of treasury services for budget funds and other clients in Ukraine by adopting a law.
