METHODOLOGICAL CONCEPT OF CORRELATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF FREEDOM AND RESPONSIBILITY IN LAW ENFORCEMENT

Abstract
The article methodological concept of correlation of principles of freedom and responsibility in law enforcement has varied and is a multilevel system of necessary methodological tools. It was found that this system is not a static hierarchy, which is reflected in this form primarily for clarity, and is a dynamic, organic system, structural elements which come into communication, relationships and interaction between them: the fundamental general theoretical concepts of freedom and responsibility, and cognitive principles permeate the world, general philosophical laws and categories form the basis for the scientific and special methods, which, in turn, serve as a source of enrichment and improvement of the content of the highest levels of methodological knowledge.
